Delete your data from The List

You can delete everything in the app: open The List, tap your family’s faces at the top of the home screen to open Family and settings, then tap Delete my data. It works straight away, even offline; anything left on our servers is removed the next time the app has a connection.

What is deleted

Your account (including Apple or Google sign-in if you used it), your profile, your own wishlists, your private items, your secret gift claims and your devices. If nobody else in your family uses The List, all of your family’s lists are deleted too.

What stays

Lists you shared with family who still use the app stay with them, without your name on them.

No longer have the app?

Email [email protected] from any address with your family’s name, and we will delete your data within 30 days. We keep nothing afterwards except what the law requires us to keep.
